Last month I completed 30 days of whole, healthy foods, and I vlogged what I ate every day for a week to hopefully inspire you to try it out too! Whole 30 is an eating plan that emphasizes real food and helps recalibrate your physical and mental health by eliminating cravings, rebalancing hormones, curing digestive issues, improving medical conditions and boosting energy and immune function.
It was definitely tough the first week or so, but since then, I feel free of ‘food fog’ and have a much more aware relationship with the food I’m putting in my body. Even more so, I’ve been able to better tell how my body reacts to certain foods groups after slowly reintroducing them. I didn’t do the diet to lose weight or felt like I was on a crash diet – this is healthy eating, but I did happen to lean up drastically, my skin glowed from within, and feel overall much healthier.
Weston did the diet with me as well, and I’ve always been a pretty health-conscious eater, but it was insane to see the progress he’s made with his body and relationship with food. Helps so much to have someone to do it with!
