INGRIDIENTS

1KG CHICKEN
CORNFLOUR
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
HALDI
SALT
GARAM MASALA
ZEERA POWDER
GINGER PASTE
GARLIC PASTE
1 EGG
LEMON JUICE
OIL

METHOD

first merinetion karenge chicken me 1 tbsp red chilli powder for colour, 1/2 tsp halddi, salt to taste [1/2], 1/2 garam masala,1/2 zeera powder, 1 nimboo ka juice,1 egg, 1tsp garlic paste,1tsp ginger paste,4 tbsp corn flour mix well keep for 30 mins,after 30 mins heat oil for frying add chicken in oil for 10 min frying on high flame keep frying till chicken golden brown after 10 mins keep low flame after chicken turn golden brown check chicken is done if not then fry for some more time.

surve with green chutny,onion and mint leave
