Healthy Meal Plans: Week 6

It’s been rainy here in LA and I know that for so many others it has been cold, cold, cold. This week’s meal plan has lots of cozy and comforting dishes to combat those cold nights – delicious lasagna soup, warm polenta bowls, baked chicken fajitas, and more.

Now on to this week’s meal plan! It starts out with Turkey and Broccoli Quiche Cupcakes, a Turkey Ranch BLT Wrap, and Slow Cooker Lasagna Soup. Monday brings Spicy BBQ Chicken Thighs and Tuesday is Pork Chops and Applesauce. Wednesday is Sausage, Spinach, and Tomato Polenta Bowls and Thursday is Baked Chicken Fajitas. To end the week, meals include Parmesan Fish Sticks and Korean Beef Cabbage Wraps.

Here are some of the meals in this week’s meal plan!

Sausage, Spinach, and Tomato Polenta Bowls: There is nothing more comforting than a warm bowl of polenta, especially when topped with chicken sausage, tomatoes, and spinach.

Thai Beef Cabbage Wraps: This quick and easy dinner is packed with sweet and spicy flavors for a restaurant worthy dish.
