As we dive into the New Year, having an easy to follow meal plan is the best way to stick to healthy eating goals. Otherwise, it’s all too easy to go back to old habits when life gets busy or you get sick of eating the same meals over and over again. Now on to this week’s meal plan! It starts out with delicious Banana Protein Pancakes, Cabbage Roll Soup, and Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Beef. Monday brings Creamy Cajun Pasta Shells and Tuesday is Korean Beef and Cabbage. Wednesday’s dinner is Roasted Balsamic Chicken Thighs with Veggies and Thursday is Sheet Pan Pork with Green Beans and Potatoes. To end the week, meals include Honey Lime Shrimp and Quick and Easy Turkey Chili.

Protein Packed Banana Pancakes: These filling pancakes have over 20 grams of protein and are made with whole grain oats and bananas for a super healthy pancake everyone will love.
