Can you believe its March already! As we are beginning to feel Spring on the horizon, it’s fun to bring in some of those flavors. This week’s meal plan does just that with meals like Caprese Pasta and Lemon Basil pork.
Now on to this week’s meal plan! It starts out with Make Ahead Stovetop Steel Cut Oats, BBQ Portabella Quesadillas, and Slow Cooker Turkey Picadillo. Monday brings a Whole Wheat Caprese pasta dish and Tuesday is Healthier Kung Pao Chicken. Wednesday is Lemon Basil Pork Chops and Thursday is Greek Yogurt Parmesan Chicken. To end the week, meals include Maple Mustard Salmon as well as Beef Fajitas.
