Chicken Curry – Bengali Style Super Spicy Deliciou…

Here is a new way to make Super Spicy Delicious Chicken Curry Recipe. So if you tired with your old Chicken curry recipe then try this new Simple, Easy and Quick Chicken Curry recipe at home.

Ingredients of Chicken Curry Recipe:
1. Chicken (500 gm).
2. Potatoes (2 medium sizes).
3. Chopped onion (1 big size).
4. Three small whole onions.
5. Sliced Tomato (2 medium size).
6. Ginger paste (1 tbsp).
7. Garlic paste (1 tbsp).
8. Green chilli paste (5 no).
9. Turmeric powder (1 tsp).
10. Kashmiri Red chilli powder (½ tsp).
11. Garam masala powder (1tsp).
12. Garam masala.
13. Sugar (as per your taste).
14. Salt (as per your taste).
15. Mustard oil (5 tbsp)
16. Black pepper powder (¼ tsp).
Methods of How to Cook Chicken Curry:
1. Heat the pan and pour 5 tbsp oil. Fry the potato pcs very well. Keep aside.
2. Add garam masala in pan. Fry for 15 sec.
3. Add chopped onion and fry (in medium flame) till become golden brown.
4. Add sliced tomato and fry for 1 min in medium flame.
5. Add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste, and green chilli paste. Mixed it well. Cook 1 min in medium flame.
6. Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Add 2 tbsp water. Cook for 2 min in medium flame.
7. Add ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp sugar. Mixed it well. Cook for 2 min in high flame.
8. Add fried potatoes and chicken pcs. Mixed it well. Cook for 5 min in high flame.
9. Add ¼ tsp garam masala powder. Mixed it well. Cook for 3 min in high flame.
10. Add 3 onions. Cook for 1 min in high flame.
11. Add 3 cups of hot water. When boiling close the lid and cook for 15 min in medium flame.
12. After 15 min taste the sugar and salt. Add more as per your taste. Now cook in high flame.
13. After 2 min add ¼ tsp garam masala powder and ¼ tsp of black pepper powder. Mixed it well. Now cook in high flame for 2 min more.
14. Put off the gas oven and close the lid for 5 min.
15. After 5 min Spicy Chicken Curry is ready. Serve hot with steamed rice, roti, paratha etc.
