A very simple starter recipe that you can make ahead of time ,(a day or two )and fry just when you are ready to serve your guests…


250 gms chicken boneless breasts cut into small cubes
1 tbps of garlic paste
2 tsp of pepper powder
1 tbsp of garlic bread seasoning/italian seasoning
1 tsp of red chilli flakes
salt to taste
2 tsp of red chilli powder
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
mix everything well and marinate for 15-20 minutes
heat oil in a pan(2 tbsp) once the oil is hot ,add the marinated chicken,saute for a minute ,cover & cook for 15-20 minutes till the meat is cooked .let it cool to room temperature
take bread slices,cut off the edges,roll them flat with a rolling pin
make them into cone shapes as shown in the video
fill the cones with the chicken ,seal the edges well as shown in the video..prepare all the samosas and set aside.
,beat 1 egg,dip these prepared samosas into the egg and then into some bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown in colour
